DeHavilland EU were thrilled to sponsor the European Business Summits cocktail reception this year. The Summit brought together politicians, policymakers, academics, business leaders and civil society to discuss the key challenges facing the European Union.
DeHavilland EU’s team of policy specialists participated and covered key sessions on various sectors such as energy, transport, digital, health and key messages from EU Stakeholders in the EBS Summit 2022, which took place on 16 - 17/11 at the Egmont Palace in Brussels, Belgium.
This year the event is focused around a “greener, more integrated and secure union” and the team enjoyed following the discussions, such as:
- The opening address by Commission President Ursula Von der Leyen
- Interview with European Parliament President Roberta Metsola
- Interview with Guy Verhofstadt: The EU Reimagined
With our CEO Andrew Himsley closing the first day of the Summit, it was a pleasure to work closely with EBS on their conference.
