On the 23rd of March 2022, DeHavilland EU sponsored Forum Europe’s 7th annual Future of Transport event in Brussels. Christina Kouremenou, Senior Policy Consultant at DeHavilland EU moderated session 4, followed by a speech about DeHavilland EU’s activities at the cocktail reception.   

The event brought together key stakeholders across the transport supply chain to discuss the most pressing policy issues across the sector. 

Key themes included: 

  • Supply chain challenges affecting EU transport sector 

  • Achieving an interconnected multimodality transport ecosystem 

  • Unlocking the value of connectivity through digital transformation 

  • Reimagining Road Safety 

  • Sustainable mobility and decarbonisation in Europe  

Christina reflected on her experience, reiterating the positive opportunities that the event provided for her and other attendees.  

Getting the opportunity to moderate EU representatives members was both a career highlight and personal achievement. It was great to engage with senior political stakeholders and moderate on policy areas that I work on daily.
