On 30 November, the European Commission issued three new communications under the second European Green Deal's Circular Economy Package, which includes:
• A Proposal on EU certification of carbon removals
• A Proposal on packaging and packaging waste
• A Proposal on biobased, biodegradable and compostable plastics
