On 17 May, an Informal Leaders' Meeting takes place on among others the Digital Single Market, to which the Commission will contribute by presenting a Commission Communication on Data trust in the digital era.
For Council, work will continue on the ePrivacy regulation, the copyright directive, as well as the packages on online platforms, fake news and data, presented in April.
Parliament aims to achieve progress on the Cybersecurity Act and the free flow of non-personal data proposal, and starts working on the digital taxation files as well as the new proposals on buisness users of online platforms and consumer protection directive.
Trilogues meanwhile continue on the Electronic Communications Code (recast), the Audiovisual Media Services Directive revision, the contracts for the supply of digital content and the SatCab Regulation.
