With December and long holidays approaching, the Parliament is working to bring through as many proposals as it can into the Plenary stage.
On Competition, the IMCO Committee will consider draft report on establishing the Programme for single market, competitiveness of enterprises and consider amendments to draft report on Promoting fairness and transparency for business users of online intermediation services.
On consumer side, IMCO and TRAN Committees will consider amendments to their respective draft opinions on representative actions for the protection of the collective interests of consumers.
On copyright in the Digital Single Market proposal, a third trilogue is expected to take place late in November.
Lastly, the Council is expected to discuss progress report and may agree on a general approach on harmonisation legislation on products in the last week of November.
