Plenary will vote on its own initiative report on the economic policies of the Euro area. Meanwhile the ECON Committee is set to vote on the draft Report for the proposals related to MiFID, ECSP, covered bonds, and cross border distribution of collective investment funds.

Meanwhile, the Commission is preparing for 21 November when it will publish a Communication on the Investment Plan for Europe, and present both the Single Market Communication as well as the Annual Growth Survey linked to the European Semester.

The Economic and Financial Affairs Council will meet on 6 November to make further progress on key legislative files, and on 16 November to focus more specifically on budget related topics.
